The semi-rigid integral polyurethane cover, developed by Fasipol S.r.l. and available as an add-on to the module, acts as an impact-absorbing shield that reduces the risk of injury. This is particularly important for motorcyclists, who are protected from direct contact with the steel surface of the barrier.

The integrated LED system projects a continuous, uniform light line just 40 cm above the road surface, without dazzling.
Thanks to its asymmetric beam angle, grazing light spreads along the entire carriageway, enhancing visibility and contrast.

The lighting unit consists of a co-extruded PMMA optic and a PCB-based light source with 160 LEDs per metre. It can be combined with a mass-coloured semi-rigid polyurethane cover for urban applications, or with an extruded HDPE frame for extra-urban environments.

Adjustable Fixing System

Twelve screws with shaped steel plates allow robust and adjustable installation on inclined or irregular surfaces.

The lighting unit can be precisely tilted to optimise the grazing light angle, even in the presence of road slopes or surface irregularities.
